Frequently Asked Questions

Select a question below to reveal the answer
▶ Is the developmental profile a diagnosis?

No. It’s an educational, non-clinical look at how your child is developing: how they play, communicate, regulate, and learn. It helps you understand your child and decide on next steps, including whether a clinical evaluation is recommended.

▶ Can everything be in Spanish?

Yes. Every service, written plan, and coaching session is available in Spanish or English, whichever feels most natural for your family.

▶ What ages do you work with?

Children from birth to 5 years old, and the parents, caregivers, and educators who care for them.

▶ Do you accept insurance?

No. Our services are private pay, and we can provide a receipt for your records.

▶ Where do sessions take place?

In person in New Jersey and virtually. All sessions are by appointment only.

▶ How much do services cost?

Limited-Time Introductory Offer: The first 10 families get up to 15% off.

  • The first call is FREE!
  • The Developmental Profile is $395 and includes a play observation, a written report and a 4-week plan for home.
  • Parent & Caregiver Coaching is $695 for 6 sessions.
  • Other services are priced on request.
▶ What happens during the free intro call?

You tell me what you’ve noticed and what worries you. I listen, ask a few questions about your child, and guide you to the best next step, whether that’s working together, or another kind of support. PLUS: For a limited time, you can receive a coupon code for up to 15% off your booking of a Developmental Profile or Coaching Package

▶ Do I need a referral or a diagnosis to start?

No. You don’t need a referral, a diagnosis or a report. Many families come to us simply because something doesn’t feel quite right and they want to understand their child better.

▶ My child already has a diagnosis or is in therapy. Can you still help?

Yes. Our work complements, but doesn’t replace, your child’s therapy or medical care. We can coach you at home, support play and routines, and help you prepare for meetings with therapists or your child’s school.

▶ How long does the developmental profile take?

The profile takes about 2 weeks from start to finish and includes three steps:

  1. Parent interview (60 minutes): we talk about your child’s history, routines and what you’ve noticed.
  2. Play observation (60–90 minutes): I observe and play with your child, in person or virtually.
  3. Feedback meeting (45 minutes): we review your written report and your 4-week plan for home together.
